LivingTropical.com Business Opportunities
We are actively seeking freelance professional graphic designers, business consultants, and writers to help us develop the content and business model for LivingTropical.com We are currently utilizing the talent pool at www.guru.com. If you are interested in becoming part of our development team, please review the projects and corresponding links.
We are looking for articles to post in a new website / e-magazine geared toward tropical living and travel. The website is currently under construction, the logos and corporate identity graphics are also in development. The target launch date is September 1, 2010. The initial theme will be on interior design and furnishings that relate to tropical living. We would also like to see articles based on current events, however since the launch is not until September we must consider new content becoming stale. We will consider other topics such as, travel destinations, food / recipes, cruises, tours, etc. Any tropical related content will be considered. Please keep in mind that there is a business model that will require income from advertisers. If we can launch the site with quality articles, and can attract a loyal readership, we will be calling for new articles from the chosen writers with great enthusiasm to attract advertisers and achieve high ranking among the search engines. Articles should be 200-500 words and completely original. All articles will be web-scraped before payment is released. Our initial budget is roughly ten cents per word based on excellent grammar and style. Authors will receive full acknowledgement (by line) for their work but the released copy is subject to Editor changes and is considered a "work made for hire" becoming the property and copyright of Pericia, Inc. with all rights reserved. Please feel free to ask any questions. We look forward to long term ongoing relationships with our content contributors. Please follow the link below to the project listing on guru.com.
